How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to post within 48 hours of receiving payment for an order (Mon-Fri). Shipping is generally 3-5 business days Australia wide. Please contact us for any countries which we do not currently ship to.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, you will first receive an email to advise that we are processing your order.  You will then receive a tracking number from Sendle or Australia post via email.

Can I buy your product in any stores?

No unfortunately you can only purchase our patented change mat covers through our website www.bubsfirst.com/shop

What size change table mats does your product fit?

Our covers fit most change mats as it has an adjustable tensioner on the back of the change mat cover. We have a list of the most popular change mats we have trialed our change mat covers on, in the description of each product.  The dimensions of the mat used in our images are 78cmx49cmx11.5cm.

What materials are used for your product?

The fabric on the top half of the change mat is a soft, textured minky fabric designed for your baby’s comfort. The bottom half is made of a 1.5ml premium polyurethane laminate or PUL fabric which is wipeable and quick drying.

What are the care instructions for the Bubs First Change Mat Cover?

Wash before use in cool hand or gentle machine wash separately. Line dry only but do not leave in the sun for extended periods of time as laminate will lift from polyester fabric. Do not dry clean, bleach, put in dryer or expose to hot temperatures.

Can I make a request to restock a certain colour/pattern for my change mat?

Are there any other covers like this on the market?

We have an innovation patent for our change mat covers and we are the only company that is able to retail this in Australia.
