Shipping Policy

We ship our products Australia wide and internationally to New Zealand, Canada, USA, the UK,Hong Kong, Spain, Italy and France. Delivery times are listed in the table below. If you would like an order shipped to a destination not currently available, please contact our friendly customer service team at to obtain a shipping quote.

Please note that we no longer have the option to pick up your order locally.

Shipping costs are worked out based on the size and weight of your order, the delivery distance and shipping method. We use the best possible rate available using either Australia Post, Sendle or DHL.

We endeavour to ship within 48 hours. We may also provide your mobile number to Australia Post so they may send you a tracking number for your order.

Bubs First is not responsible and cannot provide refunds for delays outside our control including inclement weather conditions, natural disasters or delivery carrier delays outside of our control.

Returns and Refunds

Bubs First reserve the right to assess the condition and age of goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused. Given the nature of the product, we do not replace or refund after one year of purchase. Please contact for further information.
Unfortunately we do not refund for incorrect choice.
Refunds will be issued using original payment method.
